REFUND POLICY


We strive for full satisfaction from your Ontro experience. But we do realise there will exist times when you may have to cancel or alter your plans to use a reserved slot at a Ontro facility or Events. Find below our Refund policies for different scenarios:

  • If your sports / fitness facility cancelled your reservation, you can transfer your payment to a new Ontro reservation or request a refund by contacting team@ontroapp.com

  • If you cancel your reservation 48 hours before the slot time, you are eligible for a 95% refund of the ticket price. We reserve 5% of ticket price for transactional costs incurred.

  • If you cancel your reservation with under 48 hours before the slot time, you are ineligible for a refund.

TRANSACTION OF REFUNDS

Once your claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically.
